1. How do I sign up for Qbox?
1. Go to
Sign up page first. You can also see
the link at the top right part of the screen anywhere on Qbox.com.
2. Fill in all the blanks and follow the steps. In case you don't remember your password later, please use an actual email address.
3. You will get a verification email from Qbox.com, where you can complete the process.
2. Why sign up?
There's no limit on the amount of music you can listen to, discover or just enjoy on Qbox. However, if you are a registered user you can save and organize all the music. Also you can share music with your friends easily and conveniently
3. I cannot sign in.
If you forgot your password you can reset it.
1. Enter your ID(email address) and the verification code on the right side.
2. Then, click <Reset My Password> button.
3. A verification email will be sent to that email address. Click the link in the email to reset your password.

2. Can I use Qbox service at Mac OS or Linux?
For now Qbox only supports MS Windows but we will support Mac, Linux and other OS soon. We are currently working on it
Qplayer
1. Where can I download Qplayer?

2. What is the pictures at the very top of Qplayer?
The bigger one is the picture of the artist or an album cover that you are listening to now.
Two smaller ones are the profile pictures of the Qbox users who love the same song that you are listening to now.
3. How can I control the sound volume on Qplayer?
You can control the sound volume by dragging the volume icon right or left.
4. What is the magnifier icon on Qplayer?
It opens a small search window on Qplayer. When you enter a song title and/or an artist's name, then it will show you the search result at Qbox.com website.
5. What are the Genre Tags that are flowing on Qplayer?
It shows more than 120 music genres from MySpace and Bebo. When you click one of them Qplayer plays random 20 popular songs from that genre instantly.
6. Can I see all the songs played in Qplayer at Qbox website?
To keep all the songs on your page, you need to be signed in when you listen to them. With the connection between your account and Qplayer, all the song infomation can be saved automatically.
Toolbar
1. What is Qbox toolbar? Where can I download it?
Qbox toolbar provides a universal music link service. Qbox Toolbar searches Google results, Wikipedia, or any other web page for artists or song titles and converts them to streaming music links instantly playable in Qplayer.For now it supports Windows only.

Music Tagging
1. Can I use Qbox Toolbar with Safri, Opera or Netscape?
Currently we do not support Safari, Opera or Netscape but we are planning to support them.

1. What is the difference between [+Player], [+Playlist] buttons?

is used for adding selected songs to Qplayer's play queue.

is used for creating your own music collection in your Library at Qbox.com.
2. What is [+Library]?
All the songs on Recently Played page stay for 3 days. To keep songs you like you can save them in My Library by clicking

button.
3. What are Social Network Music and Music Video?
Social Network Music means the songs that artists publish on social network sites(MySpace, Bebo, etc) to promote their music.
Music Video means the songs that are uploaded by artists and fans on video streaming sites like YouTube.

What is
(EML) icon?
Qbox has a very unique music recommendation system based on an artist's MySpace friends list. Qbox uses a crazy algorithm to analyze the millions of artists on MySpace. If you click

icon with the artist's name, Qbox spits out a batch of artists whose sound and taste are similar to the artist. The results can vary in genre but they are all really cool artists that could possibly have you expanding your music collection.
5. Are there individual artists' pages?
Yes, there are. Each of More then 300 million artists have their own pages, which can be managed by artists and their fans.
My Music (Recently Played / My Library / Music Feed)
1. What is My Music?
My music has 3 parts: Recently Played, My Library and Music Feed. You will see My Music at the menu only when you are not signed in yet. Once you sign in, you will only see Recently Played, My Library and Music Feed. In My Music you can see, save, organize, and share all the songs you've found and listened to with Qplayer.
2. What is Music Feed?
This page shows all the music activity of the friends you subscribed to. You can see which songs are clipped(collected from websites), starred(set as a favorite), saved in playlists, music-tagged(bookmarked a webpage with music), and embedded(saved and played with embad player at friends' websites). Basically with the Music Feed page friends can share all their music experiences with each other.
